No physical shipping

Solenari Care (thesolenaricare.site) sells digital ebooks only. There is no warehouse, no packaging, no carrier, and no shipping cost — ever.

Digital delivery

Your order is delivered electronically via the Shopify Digital Downloads system the moment your payment is confirmed:

  1. You complete checkout
  2. Payment is processed and approved (typically within seconds)
  3. You receive an email with a secure download link to access your ebook file(s)
  4. Your order is automatically marked as fulfilled

Delivery time

Delivery is essentially instant. The download link email is sent within minutes of a successful payment. If you have not received the email within 15 minutes:

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
  • Confirm the email address you entered at checkout is correct (a typo will send the link to the wrong inbox)
  • Add contact@thesolenaricare.site to your contact list and try downloading again from your order confirmation page
  • If still missing, email us at contact@thesolenaricare.site with your order number — we will resend the link manually within 1–2 business days

File access

Your download links remain valid and accessible from your customer account. You can re-download your purchased files at any time. If your files are ever updated, you will be notified by email and receive access to the latest version at no additional cost.

Supported devices

Our ebooks are delivered as PDF (and EPUB, where indicated on the product page). They open on any phone, tablet, computer, or e-reader that supports those formats — no special software or proprietary app required.

International customers

Because all products are digital and delivered by email, there are no international shipping fees, customs, or duties. Buyers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions with VAT on digital goods may see VAT applied at checkout in accordance with local law.
